Candid photography is all about capturing the raw emotions. We are experts at blending in the community and capturing your emotions the way they are. You most probably won’t notice us at all.
A wedding is no less than a movie. And it deserves to be filmed as one. Our expert wedding cinematographers script a perfect film for you to relive all of your wedding highlights.
May it be at a scenic destination or in the backward of your house, we bring out the best in you with the pre-wedding shoot. Photographs, wedding teaser, or just some intimate clicks, we do it all.

FAQ’s

How many members in the team will travel?
Our team usually consists of 2-3 cinematographers and 1-2 photographers. It is not advisable to reduce the team size since different cameraman specializes in a different style. With our perfectly choreographed team, we can capture ceremonies naturally.

Travel and accommodation costs?

The cost of travel, food, and accommodation of the crew is borne by the clients. There are no other hidden costs, except for any additional days/hours of shooting, which will be charged extra.

Common deliverables?

Our standard package includes a wedding teaser, wedding trailer, and all digital photographs. All films and photos are delivered on a 1 or 2 Terabyte Thunderbolt drive provided to us by the client. To enable the viewing of these files on a TV or a screen, we also have provisions to deliver the final edited films on pen-drives.

Only photographs or video or both?

We prefer providing a complete package of both, photos and videos. This ensures perfect coordination of both the teams. In rare cases though, we do consider a request of working alongside a separate photography team.

What locations you travel? Where are you based?

We are based in Vadodara, but we love to travel everywhere in India.

Photo album? Coffee table book?

We usually don’t get into printing of the photo albums. But we can definitely guide you to the right place.

Additional photographers or another team alongside?

Isn’t it annoying when a bad behaved photographer hops in that perfect wedding shot? It indeed is. That’s why, we prefer a single team as it allows for the photos and videos to be clean and perfect.

Pre-wedding shoot? Only it?

We believe in start to end coverage and hence, stand-alone pre-wedding shoots are not our style. We film pre-wedding shoots for clients whose weddings we have been commissioned to film. This serves as a great start to the final highlight film.

Style of photos and videos?

The best shots are the ones where you don’t notice your photographer. And so, we prefer the candid style of shooting. Our aim is to capture the plethora of emotions in your weddings without making you conscious of the lenses.

Scope of coverage? Which events?

We generally cover all the major ceremonies, the before and afters of the wedding, and the candid and group shots of the friends and family. But, rest assured, as our coverage is never limited to a specific set. We will always find something more to unveil in your wedding.

When to book?

As soon as possible!
In the peak season, inquiries usually start pouring in six months prior to wedding. As we accept the invitation on first come first serve basis, it’s best to book as soon as possible.

Posed shots or just candid?

We focus mainly on the documentary style of shooting as our aim is to capture your natural expressions. Though, we don’t mind taking a few posed shots of the couple and family.

Watermarks?

We give photographs in two forms. Low resolution ones with watermark for online posting, and high-resolution ones without watermark for printing. The same goes for videos.

Delivery time? Format? Changes allowed?

The simpler deliverables like images are delivered 35-45 days after the wedding, while the teaser and trailer may take up to 75-90 days.
After the delivery of teaser and trailer, clients can suggest changes within 72 hours. Post that, it will be difficult for us to incorporate the changes.

Details of highlight film? Music? Name? Story? Who features in it?

All the essential details like the name and music of wedding film are suggested either by the client or our creative director. They are embedded in the film only when the selection is approved by both. So, rest assured, you will have total control over your wedding film.

Audio bytes? Interviews? When and where to record?

Interviews are scattered in the wedding film so as to build a nice story around it. They allow us to build a backstory of the wedding. We generally film 30-45 minutes of audio/video bytes of the bride, groom, close family members, and the couple’s best friends. Too many interviews may become an editing mess for us and too little may not reveal the entire story. So, we keep the list of people short and sweet. We prefer to shoot all interviews on the first day of wedding as it may get stressful in the later days.

Trailer to showcase on last day?

Yes we offer this service – These are referred to as “Same Day Edits” and they are a great way to showcase some of the best moments of the wedding instantly to everyone present. However, this is an expensive process (extra equipment and setups are required for an extra editor to produce this) and adds to the final cost of the package.

Where else will they be released? Copyright?

Being the creators, we hold exclusive copyrights of all the content. But yes, you do have the rights to share and print them as much as you like.
We will post a select set of photos and the wedding teaser and trailer on our social media channels. If you don’t wish for the videos to be shown publicly, we will respect your privacy. However, this needs to be mentioned at the time of signing the contract.

What you need from us for the film?

For the wedding film, we need two basic things from your side – your music selection and the names of family members. Delay in this submission will ultimately lead to a delay in the delivery.
